Biographical Sketch

John C. Kim, MD is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Chapel Hill. Before joining The Center for Pelvic Health at Florida Hospital Celebration Health, Dr. Kim served his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. There, he was recognized for outstanding medical-student instruction with a teaching award in 2004.

Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Kim served his fellowship in endoscopy/gynecologic surgery at The Center for Pelvic Health under the directorship of Steven McCarus, MD.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society for Women’s Health and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
